Take part in a consultation
Consultations and surveys help us to find out the views of patients, carers and the public. By taking part, you can help us to improve the NHS services we commission.
Future consultations will be linked here as they are launched.
We are designing a new Online Consultation service for our population. This will allow patients to contact their GP practice online.
Between July and September 2018 we will be engaging with our patients, public and GP practices through events, focus groups and interviews. Your input will allow us to design a service that is appropriate and useful for our patients.
You can tell us your views online at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KXRFQJJ
There is also a paper version that can be downloaded and returned to:
Miss Antonia Bennett, Brighton and Hove CCG, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 4AH
Or sent via email to our Online Consultations team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do participate and distribute the survey to friends, family and local communities.
Consultation on Evidence-Based Interventions

The consultation will run from 4 July to 28 September 2018. If you would like to respond to the consultation, you can do so by:
