Consultations

Take part in a consultation

Consultations and surveys help us to find out the views of patients, carers and the public.  By taking part, you can help us to improve the NHS services we commission.

Maternity Services

In 2017, organisations involved in funding or delivering maternity services across Sussex and East Surrey came together with the aim of improving maternity services and support for women and their families. As part of this work, we are seeking the experiences of women and their families and partners who have used maternity services in Sussex and East Surrey recently.  Gathering feedback about what currently works well, and what works less well, will help to us to improve local services, ensuring that all women and their families have access to safe and personalised maternity care.

If you or your partner have used maternity services in Sussex or East Surrey in the last three years, we would love to hear from you.  This questionnaire is open to both mothers and their partners, and takes approximately 15 minutes.

Medicines Survey

We want to hear your views about the prescribing of over-the-counter medicines for minor, short-term health concerns.

This local survey asks for your views about illnesses that don’t last long or illnesses that go away on their own, or that people can treat themselves. It also asks about other medicines you can get over the counter such as probiotics, vitamins and minerals.

Please follow the links for the detailed consultation document and an Easy-Read version of the consultation document.

You can complete the survey on your own behalf, or to represent the views of a group of people, for example a local community group.

Your feedback will inform our response to the NHS England national consultationwhich ends on 14 March, and will help us shape our local plans.

If you have any questions, or would like a paper copy of the survey, please contact meg.lewis@nhs.net
